I received two fellow hobby (both in Bucharest) information that benefits from services such as cable tv television from the company Telekom Romania. Update December 23, 2014, 22:00 - I added some printscrenuri (ProTV HD reception, which is unencrypted and other scans, using a DVB-C tuner Hauppauge 930-C - Cx23100) Telekom channel digital cable TV. Catches were sent to us by a colleague hobby, made it personal. As noted, many channels are unencrypted, so it can be received directly with a TV tuner DVB-C, DVB-C receiver with without the need for a CI CAM or card for the FTA, but only subscription service mentioned.
