I strongly believe that omega 3 is needed when you are pregnant. I read that, if you do not eat it so you can easily become depressed after childbirth. There I became for them the first two, but not after the third and it was the only time when I ate omega 3 during pregnancy. Then it's obviously due to other things, but it is anyway the only thing I can think of that I did differently.
