There are many questions about so-called Payments for Environmental Sevices (PSA), a mechanism that has everything to be quite relevant in a country rich in biodiversity and so dependent on its agriculture like Brazil.
Containing four academic articles, the publication addresses the issue of environmental law, climate change and PSA in several respects. The e-book is part of series of eBooks on climate change law and the Institute for The Right One Green Planet has been publishing since 2010.
The prominent feature of the publication is the professor of the University of São Paulo (USP) and director of the Green Planet, Ana Maria de Oliveira Nusdeo.
